Management Board
Aigars Kesenfelds gained his first business experience at the age of seven, accompanying his father to business meetings. By secondary school, he was already managing a cinema in his hometown, demonstrating his early entrepreneurial mindset. Today, together with the team he has built a diverse investment portfolio with businesses operating in over 30 countries and employing more than 5000 people. He has a strong track record of helping to transform private companies into successful, profitable enterprises and strategically guiding their growth into publicly listed companies. With a keen ability to identify market potential and assemble high-performing management teams, he specializes in scaling businesses internationally and driving long-term value creation.
Vairis Dmitrijevs is an experienced legal and investment professional with broad expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic investments. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions and other complex projects across various industries and jurisdictions.
He has led legal and operational teams and played an active role in strategic management, supporting companies in their growth, transformation, and risk management efforts.

Ieva Judinska-Bandeniece is a highly regarded attorney specializing in intellectual property, corporate law, FinTech, and M&A. With over 25 years of experience, she is a partner at ZAB “drill.” She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Latvia.
Since 2003, she has been a member of the Latvian Bar Association and a professional patent attorney. She is also a representative with the European Union Intellectual Property Office, a member of the Association of Patent Attorneys of Latvia, and a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Latvian National Group.

Uldis Judinskis is a highly experienced attorney specializing in real estate and construction, commercial law, M&A, and employment and labor law. With over two decades of legal expertise, he is a partner at ZAB “drill.” He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Latvia.
Since 2011, he has been a member of the Latvian Bar Association. Uldis Judinskis has been recognized by Legal 500 as an integral member of ZAB “drill.” for his expertise in commercial law, praised for outstanding client service and proactive legal solutions.
Margarita Ivanova is a seasoned legal counsel specializing in banking and finance, regulatory compliance, FinTech, corporate law, anti-money laundering and sanctions, intellectual property, and consumer rights. She is a Senior Associate at ZAB “drill.”
She holds a master’s degree in International Business Law from Tilburg University and a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Latvia. She has also completed specialized training in intellectual property, private equity, venture capital, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining ZAB “drill.” in 2022, Margarita was Head of the Legal Support and Methodology Department at Integrum Asset Management (currently Signet Pensiju Pārvalde IPAS), responsible for legal support for investment transactions, regulatory compliance, and AML and sanctions compliance. She is recognized for her expertise in financial and corporate law.
